Flexible Classes

Contact us at (346)754-0173 or go onto Facebook to book an appointment to tour Supreme Welding Academy's welding training facility. We are enrolling new students.  Our academy is accessible to persons with disabilities. We are building a booth for people in wheelchairs to come and take welding classes.

SWA 's welding programs include classroom instruction for theoretical knowledge, hands-on practice in simulated environments, and rigorous assessments. Trainees learn various welding techniques, safety protocols, and equipment handling. Our certified instructors provide individualized feedback, while practical exams and real-world projects ensure proficiency, producing highly qualified welders ready for industry demands.

Our main goal for teaching our students is to get students qualified to weld in the field as quickly as possible so they can start making a living from their welding skills. Contact us today to get started. Se habla español! We offer day or evening programs at our campus to accommodate busy lifestyles, which means there's a schedule right for you!

Financial Aid

SWA currently has a Student Loan program with Meritize available for Welding Students.

We are currently working on finalizing Financial Aid with the Texas Workforce Commission.

Potential students are encouraged to stop by our welding school, take a tour of the facility, meet our Instructors, and talk to an admissions representative to determine their career goals and what class would best fit their career path.

There are several viable career paths for welding students. For those who desire to work in a fabrication shop environment, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW certifications will be required. Production-type fabrication shops usually pay somewhat less than in-the-field type construction welding jobs. Welding jobs in production or manufacturing facilities can be repetitive making the the same types of welds every day.. Welding jobs in construction or plant maintenance environments offer many challenges to the welder. Welders in these environments have to wear personal protective equipment like safety harnesses, FRC's (Fire Resistant Clothing), and others that can affect their comfort level while working, Welders have to be able to make quality welds in every uncomfortable position, on scaffolds, off of ladders, laying in a ditch, and many more positions. For these reasons, welders in the construction and maintenance environments with multiple welding certifications are paid the best wages.
